One Step Closer

After about 3 hours of construction & frustration, shifting furniture around, and reading assembly instructions, we finished assembling the crib, complete with bedding, crib tent (to keep the cat out), and Sesame Street mobile. I think Tm was about to cry when I wound up the mobile and it started playing "Sunny Days".

Today I'm touring a childcare facility to get on their waiting list (just incase) and Wednesday I have another checkup in the ATU with ultrasound & monitoring to see how the boys are doing. They were really shifting around a lot this weekend, so it will be interesting to see what position they're in now. :)

Looks awesome! You're babies are going to love sesame street, especially Elmo, all kids seem to have an obsession with that. when is the due date again?

this is ben. seems that when you shrink the sesame street characters down to "baby age," they all look like turtles. why is that? at least it gives us a little insight into the age-old riddle "what the heck is a muppet anyway?" answer: aged, furry turtles.

robyn and i were discussing last night what an amazing miracle it is that you were trying for a baby and we were all approcahing god for it, asking for his favor, then you got doubly blessed. what an awesome god he is! you guys have a great responsibility to raise up godly people—we all do. what a wonderful thing that god trusts you with that privilege! wherever his finger points, his hand will clear a way.
